Appointment Scheduling –
Booking for student massages, 2025 – 2026, has closed. Please check back in October 2026.
Appointments with our student massage therapists are available annually beginning mid-October and concluding the end of April, excluding school holidays, academic breaks, and any unforeseen closures. Please note that all services are provided by students under the supervision of the program director and instructor with more than 20 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist.
To ensure our students have the opportunity to meet their required clinical hours, we kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. Timely cancellations allow the students to offer the appointment to others and maintain progress toward graduation requirements. Please note that repeated late cancellations and/or “no-shows” will result in restricted booking privileges in the future.
