ACT Residual Testing

The residual ACT is only given on the Poplarville Campus.

The residual ACT test is limited to PRCC students having a PRCC ID number, which include students who have applied for admission to PRCC, or are presently enrolled at PRCC.聽 Residual ACT score reports are only provided to PRCC.聽 Score reports are not provided to High Schools or other institutions.聽 The residual ACT cannot be used for MTAG and scholarships.

Please note the following:

聽聽聽聽聽路听听听听听听听听Examinees should arrive no later than 7:30 a.m. the morning of the test.

聽聽聽聽聽路听听听听听听听听No one will be allowed to test without presenting a current, valid photo I.D. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Acceptable forms of identification include driver鈥檚 license, passport, school or company I.D.聽 School or company I.D. must be hard laminated.

聽聽聽聽聽路听听听听听听听听Testing fees: $50.00 if paid before day of test聽or $60.00 if paid on the test day.聽 The聽fee is non-refundable.

聽聽聽聽聽路听听听听听听听听You may not handle or access any electronic device during testing or during the break.聽 An electronic device is any device that can send or receive information.聽 These include cell phones, smart watches, fitness bands, and any other device with recording, internet, or communication capabilities.

聽聽聽聽聽路听听听听听听听听Non-graphing calculators can be used during the mathematics portion of the test.聽 A complete calculator list can be found by searching the term 鈥渃alculator鈥� at .

聽聽聽聽聽路听听听听听听听听The test is timed and takes approximately 4聽hours to complete.

聽聽聽聽聽路聽聽聽聽 Examinees must wait at least 60 calendar days between residual testing sessions.

You must provide proper, valid photo identification on the test date. The following methods are acceptable forms of identification:
1. 聽Valid, hard laminated, current photo ID issued by 聽your school, employer, or city/state/federate government. Your best bet is to bring your driver鈥檚 license or current passport. Your name and photo must both appear on the ID and the name must match the name on the registration form you filled out.
2. 聽ACT Student Identification Form: This form can be found at act.org by searching Student Identification Form.聽 Have a School Official or Notary fill out the form by following the directions indicated on the form聽 The form must be filled out completely and correctly.聽 If the form is not filled out completely and correctly, the form will not be accepted and the examinee will not be able to test.

Students who are approved for accommodations through the PRCC ADA Office must email tsmith@prcc.edu or call 601-403-1330 to arrange testing with accommodations before completing the ACT Residual Registration Form.聽 Students who do not follow this procedure may not be able to test on their chosen registration date.
