FlexFactor
FlexFactor听is听an outreach, recruitment, and STEM education program designed to familiarize K-12 students with advanced manufacturing technology, entrepreneurship, and the education and career pathways that can lead to a STEM career. The program was designed to showcase the promise of these careers and help students to develop the critical thinking, creative reasoning, and problem-solving skills needed for future success.
Michelle Courtney
Meet Michelle Courtney, MS-SHIPS Coordinator. She has 18 years of experience in K-12 education and a STEM background as a former robotics coach. In her role as the MS-SHIPS Program Coordinator, She will be implementing the FlexFactor curriculum to K-12 students in PRCC’s 6 county district.听听

How it works?
If you’re a K-12 administrator or teacher in Pearl River, Lamar, Forrest, Marion, Jefferson Davis, or Hancock counties, you can bring FlexFactor to your students! Set up a session today and give them an engaging learning experience!
